Therapy that works with your brain, not against it.

Virtual therapy for neurodivergent adults navigating overwhelm, self-doubt, and the demands of everyday life.

Offering online therapy in Illinois

What We Can Work On Together

  • If staying on top of everyday tasks feels like a never-ending mountain, you're not alone. Many neurodivergent adults struggle with things like time management, task initiation, and decision fatigue—not because you're lazy or broken, but because your brain works differently. Therapy can help you build systems that match your thinking style, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable routines (without the shame spiral). Together, we'll find practical strategies that work for your life—not someone else’s idea of how you “should” be functioning.

  • You may have spent years masking, people-pleasing, or trying to fit into environments that never really worked for you. That can take a serious toll. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to explain or justify how your brain works—we’ll start from a place of respect. This is about untangling the internalized messages that made you feel “too much” or “not enough,” and building confidence in your unique strengths. You’ll learn to trust yourself, set boundaries, and feel safer being fully you.

  • Being a parent is hard enough. Add in your own sensory needs, executive functioning challenges, and maybe even a neurodivergent child of your own, and it can feel impossible to catch your breath. Therapy can support you in managing overstimulation, finding rhythms that work for your family, and letting go of unrealistic expectations. You’ll learn tools for parenting from a place of presence instead of pressure—and we’ll do it in a way that honors your needs too.

Therapy That Actually Fits You

You deserve therapy that feels like it’s actually made for you. Here, there’s no pushing through burnout or pretending you’re fine. You don’t have to mask, explain, or translate. You get to show up exactly as you are—stimming, tangents, camera off, whatever works.

This space is built to be neurodivergent-affirming, flexible, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. We’ll work together to figure out what support actually looks like for you, and move at a pace that feels doable.

I believe that therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, letting go of harmful conditioning, and building a life that actually feels good to live in.

  • We’ll meet weekly or every other week (whatever feels most supportive for you). Each session is shaped by what you’re needing that day, whether it’s problem-solving, processing, or just having space to be fully yourself.

  • Sessions are $190. I don’t accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Sliding scale spots may be available—just ask.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • You’re welcome to email me if something comes up. I’ll respond within 1–2 business days. While I don’t offer crisis support, I can provide resources if needed.

  • I’m 100% virtual, so you can attend sessions from anywhere in IL. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.

  • Telehealth is how I practice. Sessions happen over a secure video platform. You can keep your camera off if that helps you feel more comfortable.

  • I see clients Monday through Thursday from 10am to 5pm. I don’t offer evening or weekend appointments at this time.

My Approach

I use a mix of approaches that work especially well for neurodivergent adults—including strengths-based talk therapy, somatic tools, executive function coaching, and identity-affirming practices. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll check in often to make sure it feels right for you.

My training helps me offer strategies that are actually usable, not one-size-fits-all advice. But more than anything, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can breathe, be real, and start building something that feels more like you.
